Tim Monk
Designer • Digital Media Director
One of Tim’s most valuable skills is that of thinking like a customer. When he’s designing a client’s ad, he has a knack for viewing it as a customer would view it—and making sure it communicates effectively to that customer. When he crafts a website, he “stands in the customer’s shoes” and makes the website speak clearly to him or her. (Okay, he doesn’t do high heels—a nice pair of slip-on Vans will do quite nicely.)
Tim successfully synthesizes his artistic background and his technical background to produce communications pieces that work—and look mighty good in the process.

About Us
Hi, we're the O'Carroll Group. Our mission in life is to help you promote your business through advertising, public relations, digital media and brand marketing.
How do we do it? We use a mixture of innovation, creativity, honesty, strategy, beyond-the-obvious thinking, big ideas, emotion, surprise, clear communication, and good, old-fashioned marketing principles.
We also like to talk about these things, and we'd enjoy a conversation with you. If you'd like that too, drop us a line, and let's get together.A MARKETING !DEA FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Don't expect too much too soon. While you should think big, dream big, and expect big, you still need to be realistic. It will take some time to reap the benefits of your marketing and to establish enough momentum to generate a steady flow of new prospects. A handy formula to use once you've kickstarted a new marketing effort is to plan for increasing performance each quarter for the first 12-month cycle. Specifically, expect a 15% increase/return in the first quarter, then 20%, then 25%, and finally 40%. While every business is different, this is a good rule of thumb.
