Meet the O’Carroll Group.

Peter O’Carroll
President • Creative Director
Pam Doucet
Client Account Manager • Media Director
When a company becomes a client of the O’Carroll Group, Pam “joins” that company as their account manager. She works closely with them to develop their marketing strategy. She sits on their side of the table in meetings and media negotiations, representing their interests. She develops their advertising plan and spends their advertising money as if it were her own: carefully, prudently and effectively. Those are just a few of the reasons O’Carroll clients love Pam.
Mindy Schwarzauer
Designer • Art Director
Mindy looks at everything with an artist’s eye, and that’s why her design work communicates so well. O’Carroll clients know that all their communications—from brochures to billboards, from newspaper ads to new signage—will look (and work) better than their competitors’ stuff.
Mindy delights in solving problems, and doesn’t know the word “can’t.” Throw her a challenge, and she’ll come up with an innovative solution that’ll make you go “aha!”
Matt Young
Public Relations Director • Writer
Matt helps each O’Carroll client achieve maximum positive exposure through effective relations with its publics. He works with you to identify your current public perception and re-architect the conversation surrounding your image. His tools? Social media, editorial placement, news releases, special events, press conferences, media relations, crisis communications—and he has many more up his sleeve.
Matt will help you develop an elevator spiel and make your social media presence matter! His energy is endless, and you’ll actually have fun working with him to motivate the members of their publics to action. Whether you want to throw a party, get elected, or nail a TV or radio interview, Matt will help you make it happen.

About Us
Hi, we're the O'Carroll Group. Our mission in life is to help you promote your business through advertising, public relations, digital media and brand marketing.
How do we do it? We use a mixture of innovation, creativity, honesty, strategy, beyond-the-obvious thinking, big ideas, emotion, surprise, clear communication, and good, old-fashioned marketing principles.
We also like to talk about these things, and we'd enjoy a conversation with you. If you'd like that too, drop us a line, and let's get together.A MARKETING !DEA FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Establish the systems that make marketing routine. What weekly, monthly, quarterly, and other routine duties have you established as part of your marketing strategy and action plan? Weekly emails, monthly mailings, quarterly reviews, annual events? Develop the procedures and protocols activities must be of high priority and become as natural as issuing invoices and paying taxes.
