For many peo­ple, “cre­ative” means “fun.” Peter has the seri­ous job of mak­ing sure “O’Carroll Group cre­ative” always means “effective.”
Not that he doesn’t enjoy the fun side of adver­tis­ing. After all, he’s been in the adver­tis­ing agency busi­ness for…well, decades. But for him, the funnest (that’s his word) part of what he does is hav­ing happy, suc­cess­ful clients. So the ads have to work.
Peter knows he can’t have all the fun him­self, so he’s gath­ered a bunch of smart, tal­ented peo­ple around him to form the O’Carroll Group. Meet them. Get to know them. Let them work their magic for you.

When a com­pany becomes a client of the O’Carroll Group, Pam “joins” that com­pany as their account man­ager. She works closely with them to develop their mar­ket­ing strat­egy. She sits on their side of the table in meet­ings and media nego­ti­a­tions, rep­re­sent­ing their inter­ests. She devel­ops their adver­tis­ing plan and spends their adver­tis­ing money as if it were her own: care­fully, pru­dently and effec­tively. Those are just a few of the rea­sons O’Carroll clients love Pam.

As media buyer, Pam serves as the bridge between the adver­tiser (the O’Carroll client) and the adver­tis­ing media. She rep­re­sents her client’s inter­ests pas­sion­ately, and deals with the media hon­estly, directly and fairly. And that’s why even media sales rep­re­sen­ta­tives love Pam so much.

Mindy looks at every­thing with an artist’s eye, and that’s why her design work com­mu­ni­cates so well. O’Carroll clients know that all their communications—from brochures to bill­boards, from news­pa­per ads to new signage—will look (and work) bet­ter than their com­peti­tors’ stuff.

 One of Tim's most valuable skills is that of thinking like a customer. When he's designing a client's ad, he has a knack for viewing it as a customer would view it—and making sure it communicates effectively to that customer. When he crafts a website, he "stands in the customer's shoes" and makes the website speak clearly to him or her. (Okay, he doesn't do high heels—a nice pair of slip-on Vans will do quite nicely.)

Tim suc­cess­fully syn­the­sizes his artis­tic back­ground and his tech­ni­cal back­ground to pro­duce com­mu­ni­ca­tions pieces that work—and look mighty good in the process.
